Stéphane has 25 years of experience in the environmental services and utilities industry.
As shareholder and CEO of Proxiserve for 15 years, he turned around a loss-making company into a profitable French leader in sub-metering and energy services. Partnering with Asterion Industrial Partners from 2019, he sold his remaining shares of the company, alongside with Asterion, in 2022.
Holly is an Analyst at Asterion Industrial Partners and joined the firm in 2024. She has three years of experience in the finance and energy sector focused primarily within North America. Prior to AIP, she worked for two years as an investment banker at CIBC within their Energy, Infrastructure and Transition team and began her career as a consultant at Accenture developing corporate and financial strategy for power & utility companies.

Silke brings to the team 26 years of investment and asset management experience, of which 7 years of overlapping experience with Asterion’s founding partners.
Silke was formerly part of KKR’s European Private Equity Team in London, where she spent 16 years. During her tenure she served as the Head of the European Industrials Team. Prior to joining KKR, she started her career with Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt. She has served as an independent board member of several listed and unlisted companies, in addition to her extensive board experience during her time at KKR. Silke holds an MBA from University of St. Gallen and a Master of Community of European Business Schools (CEMS) from École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Paris.

She joined the team in 2024 with more than 25 years of experience in financial communications, especially in the private equity sector, having previously worked in firms such as Altamar, Mercapital or A&G Banca Privada as head of their Public Relations and Communications departments.
Before joining AIP, Adriana has been responsible for internal and external communications for several private equity funds and financial services companies.

Jörg held various senior management positions at Deutsche Telekom AG (DT), most recently Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions where he led a significant number of Telecoms and Digital Infrastructure transactions to transform DT’s portfolio and unlock shareholder value. Previously he oversaw DT’s investments in T-Mobile Netherlands and GD Towers and was CFO of DT’s reporting segment US & Group Development. Prior to joining DT, Jörg worked in Private Equity and Investment Banking.

A dual national of the United Kingdom and United States, Randall started his career on Wall Street working for Merrill Lynch and subsequently Goldman Sachs within the banking sector. Following international positions in the United States, Japan, Australia, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, Randall moved into private equity in 2008.
He was the first Head of Human Resources for European private equity investor, Bridgepoint. Subsequently he was the first Head of Human Resources for the then newly established Business Growth Fund (BGF), a £2bn investment platform jointly funded by the largest banks in the United Kingdom. Randall holds a BA in Psychology and Communications from North Central College and attended Columbia University for a Masters in Industrial Psychology.
José is an Analyst at Asterion Industrial Partners. He has 4 years of experience in the financial services industry, both in investment banking and on the investment side.
Prior to joining AIP, Jose worked at Lazard in London focused on Telecommunications and Industrials. Before Lazard, José developed infrastructure expertise across his former experiences at Antin Infrastructure Partners and PJT Partners in London as well as at Rothschild & Co and KPMG in Lisbon.

Prior to joining AIP, David was CEO of the Renewables business at Allianz Capital Partners, where he invested more than €4 billion in 80 wind and solar park assets in Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Finland and the US.
Formerly, he was Executive Vice President at Shell Wind Energy. Prior to that, David was Vice President of European Development at El Paso Energy and gained additional investment and operating experience holding different positions at Sithe Energies Europe and National Power. David graduated in Mechanical Engineering from University College London, is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and a FEANI-registered European Engineer. He is also a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Ksenia is an Industrial Advisory Board member at Asterion Industrial Partners. She has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, most of which in the UBS Telecom, Media and Technology team with a focus on strategic and corporate finance advice (including among others, sector consolidation, monetisation of operations via M&A or capital markets). Ksenia has been involved in several landmark transactions in infrastructure, telecom and technology sectors throughout her career.

Beatriz started her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen in Madrid and as the Head of Administration in two Spanish SMEs. Jesús is a Founding Partner and CEO at Asterion Industrial Partners. He is also member of the Investment Committee. Jesús has 39 years of experience in infrastructure, both in the corporate space and in the financial services industry.
Prior to founding AIP, Jesús was Global Co-Head of KKR Infrastructure & Member of KKR Infrastructure IC, where he developed the infrastructure practice for over 10 years since 2009.
He formerly was CEO of Endesa Europe and Managing Director of Corporate Development and Member of the Executive Committee of Endesa. During his time at Endesa, he led the company’s international expansion in Europe from 2000 to 2008, with investments in France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Turkey and Morocco.
Prior to that Jesús worked for Iberdrola and the Nuclear Fusion Institute in Madrid. Jesús holds an MBA by the Instituto de Empresa and an Executive Development Program by IESE. He holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales at Universidad Politécnica in Madrid. He has served as Board Member of several companies in the energy space in Spain, Italy, France, Morocco and Portugal.
Jorge is an Operating Partner at Asterion Industrial Partners. He brings to the team over 22 years of experience in the telecoms industry globally.
Jorge has held positions at Nortel Networks in the US, Hutchinson 3G in the UK, Telefónica O2 UK and Telefónica Europe, where he was Head of Technology and Competitive Strategy. Since 2014 he was Head of Infrastructure Transactions at Telefónica in Madrid.
He holds an MBA from Duke University and is a Telecommunications Engineer by Universidad Politécnica in Madrid.
Adrian is an Industrial Advisory Board member at Asterion Industrial Partners. He has over 25 years of infrastructure experience as Group CEO, having previously been CFO, of South Staffordshire Plc, an industry leading water company in the UK.
In his role, he oversaw the regulated water company and the non-regulated infrastructure maintenance and customer service businesses, for which combined revenues increased five fold to c£300m during his tenure.
Adrian was successfully involved in five regulatory reviews with Ofwat (the Water Services Regulation Authority in the UK), the CMA approval for the acquisition of Cambridge Water, over 20 value accretive non-regulated acquisitions, bond and bank debt issuance, refinancing, a public demerger and take private transactions.
Formerly, Adrian was at ACT Group, a software and services business, and KPMG. He is a Charted Accountant and has a BSc in Business Finance & Economics at the University of East Anglia.

In Nebras Power Luca played a pivotal role in the business start-up and development and execution of the company’s internationalization strategy, driving a two-fold growth in asset base and international diversification across 8 Countries. Before joining Nebras Power Luca was Senior Vice President & CFO of the Global Power & Water Business of publicly listed TAQA in Abu Dhabi. Previously he served as CFO and Deputy CEO of Enel in Russia as well as Deputy CFO of the European business of Endesa in the early to mid-2000’s.

Before joining AIP at its inception, Arantxa was a Senior Advisory Consultant and advised US financial services firm Greenhill & Co. International with their set up in Spain.

Derek is an Operating Partner at Asterion Industrial Partners, having joined in 2021. He brings to the team over 35 years of industrial experience in the telecoms sector, having worked at BT/ Cellnet and O2 / Telefonica in senior management positions as well as holding non-executive board roles in a number of telecoms infrastructure and digital platforms in the UK. During his time at Telefonica UK (O2), he served as the Chief Information / Technology Officer and latterly as Chief Operating Officer of the £12bn EV group.
In his decade long role as COO, he led a team of 2,500 professionals with responsibility for Network, IT, Customer Service, Business Transformation, 5G, B2B Service Management and Customer Operations, Corporate Fraud & Security, Supply Chain and Property. This included among others the oversight of an important cross industry initiative to increase collaboration and engagement with government and the regulator, driving policy change to increase mobile connectivity across rural UK in support of 5G, the delivery of major initiatives such as network rollout, growth and the government’s Smart Metering initiative. He also served as the chairman of CTIL, Telefonica’s network sharing JV with Vodafone, Enterprise Customer Advisory Board and the retailer Shop Direct’s Digital Advisory Board.

Francisco is an Operating Partner at Asterion Industrial Partners. He joined the team in 2021 with over three decades of industrial experience, having previously worked at Cintra – Ferrovial and Capital Energy, in senior management and board positions.
During his time at Cintra, he was CFO for close to 20 years until 2020, and he oversaw the financing of over 115 projects for the group in excess of €59bn internationally (among others the privatization of 407ETR, and the acquisition of BAA), as well as the IPO of the business in 2004. He held board positions in a number of Cintra’s subsidiaries during that time, with a particular focus on overseeing the many transportation assets of the group. Prior to that he was CFO at Ferrovial Infraestructuras. Francisco holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Degree in Economics by Universidad Complutense (Madrid).
Beatriz is an Operating Partner at Asterion Industrial Partners. She brings to the team over 19 years of experience in the energy industry globally.
Beatriz joined the wider Asterion team in May 2019 in her capacity as the General Manager of Asterion Energies, Asterion Fund I renewables platform. Prior to Asterion, Beatriz was part of the Energy Transaction advisory group at G-Advisory, a dedicated renewables and energy advisory company in Spain that belong to Garrigues Group.
