Asterion Industrial Partners joins Revalue Energies to accelerate its growth and become a leading Independent Power Producer in Italy

Madrid, 06 May – Asterion Industrial Partners, an independent investment management firm focused on infrastructure investments in the European mid-market, is pleased to announce its partnership with Revalue Energies, a platform for the development, construction, and management of facilities in the renewable energy sector in Italy.Thanks to this partnership Revalue will be able to rapidly expand its project pipeline backed by a solid financial structure and the ability to seize large-scale opportunities.

 

This transaction marks a crucial milestone in Revalue Energies’ growth, reinforcing its position as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) focused on the direct, long-term ownership and management of renewable energy assets. With Asterion’s investment, Revalue gains unprecedented financial capacity, enabling it to significantly accelerate its development goals and establish itself as one of the leading IPPs in Italy, with a vision for expansion into other European markets.
